EDUCATION LOTTERY INTRODUCES TWO NEW INSTANT GAMES

RALEIGH - The North Carolina Education Lottery (NCEL) is introducing two new instant scratch-off tickets that give players a chance to win up to $100,000 on one game or as much as $30,000 on the other. “Green and Gold” and “Goldbar Crossword” will be in stores starting Tuesday, May 6.

“Green and Gold” is the NCEL’s latest $5 instant scratch-off game. The game offers over $10 million in total prizes, which includes five top prizes of $100,000. It also has over 370,000 prizes between $5,000 and $10. Players who scratch and reveal a “gold bar” symbol win $50 instantly.

For the crossword fan, “Goldbar Crossword” is a new $3 instant game. It has five top prizes of $30,000 and over $4 million in prizes from $100 to $5. This game also has chances for players to win a “bonus” prize of $10, $50 or $100!
