BILLINGS MAN WINS HARLEY-DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE

Cole Frank stopped at J & J’s Petro-Mart on April 18, a Friday night. He bought two Harley-Davidson® 105th Anniversary tickets, never thinking he would actually win, because the person in front of him bought two tickets of the same game, and won $10.
Cole scratched the two tickets in the store and knew that he had won a motorcycle right away. The second ticket was the big winner. Frank said, “I was so excited. I couldn’t believe it!”
He plays Scratch games occasionally. “I’ll buy a Scratch ticket every couple of weeks,” Frank said. Frank works for Schwan’s Home Service in Billings.
Today, Montana Lottery representatives, along with Jeff Fletcher of J & J’s Petro-Mart, and Barry Usher, owner of Beartooth Harley-Davidson in Billings, gave Cole the keys to his new bike. In addition to the motorcycle, Frank also received a gift certificate for the purchase of a helmet.
As he received his keys, Cole said, “I feel like the luckiest guy in the world.”
The Montana Lottery introduced the Harley-Davidson® 105th Anniversary Scratch game on April 14. There are still two Harley-Davidson® 105th Anniversary Fat Boy® motorcycles left in the game, along with another grand prize through a Second Chance Drawing that will be held on September 2, 2008. “We are thrilled that we had a winner so early in the game,” said George Parisot, Montana Lottery Director.
