$35,000 BONUS CROSSWORD PRIZE FOR MURDOCK MAN

Richard Jones of Murdock won $35,000 playing the $3 Scratch game Bonus Crossword from the Nebraska Lottery.
Jones purchased his winning Bonus Crossword ticket at C-D's Express, 209 S 4th St in Elmwood. The ticket contained 10 complete words for the $35,000 top prize. There are three $35,000 top prizes available in Bonus Crossword. Reeder is the first person to claim a Bonus Crossword top prize in this edition of the game.
While claiming his prize, Jones told Nebraska Lottery officials that he “looked at the ticket a couple of times” before he realized he had won the $35,000 prize. He plans to purchase a new riding lawn mower using his winnings, then save the rest of his prize money.
Bonus Crossword is a $3 Scratch game that offers players the chance to win $5,616,100 in cash prizes from $3 to $35,000. The odds of winning the $35,000 top prize in Bonus Crossword are 1 in 960,000 while the overall odds are 1 in 3.39.
