STATEN ISLAND CEMETERY WORKER WINS $1,000,000 BIG BUCKS TOP PRIZE

Schenectady, NY – Twenty-six-year-old Donald Nichols of Staten Island recently received the $1,000,000 top prize he won on the Lottery’s popular Big Bucks instant game. Nichols is employed as a landscaper at Staten Island’s United Hebrew Cemetery where he plans to continue working “for the peace and quiet.”
Nichols purchased his winning Big Bucks ticket on March 14 at the 118th Street Deli in Manhattan. The $1,000,000 top prize on the Big Bucks instant game pays out as $50,000 a year for 20 years, less required tax withholdings. After taxes, Nichols will receive $32, 251 per year for 20 years.
Nichols said he planned to use the extra cash “to stay ahead of bills.”
