BIG NOVEMBER PRIZES: $ 1,733,025 IN HIGH TIER PRIZES CLAIMED

The month of November proved extremely lucky for many Rhode Island Lottery players. Not only was the PowerBall® jackpot hit in Rhode Island, but there were also 24 tickets claimed worth $10,000 or more for a combined total of $1,733,025 claimed in high tier prizes. Below is a listing of the November claim dates, prize amounts, Game names, city or town of the winners and the retailer location where the winning tickets were purchased.
After two weeks, the $151.9 million winning PowerBall® ticket from the Nov 28th drawing sold in Rhode Island still remains unclaimed. The ticket was purchased from the Warren Mart at 428 Child St., Warren. There has been no communication with the ticket holder at this time. The Rhode Island Lottery strongly recommends that this player immediately sign the back of his or her ticket, keep it in a safe place and seek sound financial and legal advice.
The winning ticket holder has a year from the date of the drawing to claim the big prize. He or she then has 60 days from the date of validation to choose between the annuity and cash payment options. If the prize goes unclaimed for the full year, the $151.9 million would be divided amongst all the PowerBall® states and jurisdictions proportionately to their sales for that specific drawing.
Tonight’s estimated PowerBall® jackpot is $33 million.
