Jean Collins of the Laurentians became the lucky winner of the $20,000 Triplex grand prize, and because he had a total of eight matching numbers out of fifteen, he also won an additional $1,000 with the Mix and Match option. Before he would announce Mr. Collins’ win, the clerk at his favourite Loto-Québec retailers’ asked him to endorse his ticket, but he was so busy filling out his Mots cachés that it took him a few moments to realize what was happening.
