Put on your Proton Pack because this game is for you. The New Mexico Lottery has launched new “Ghostbusters” Scratchers in anticipation of the July 15 release of the “Ghostbusters” movie.
The Scratcher game features top prizes of $10,000 and five collectable scenes displaying icons from the films including Slimer, Stay Puft Marshmallow Man and the Ectomobile.
“Infused by 30 years of pop-culture nostalgia, the Ghostbusters brand is a perfect fit for a Scratcher. It appeals to a variety of players including those who saw the original films and now a younger generation who are about to be introduced to our slimy green friend for the first time,” said New Mexico Lottery CEO David Barden.
To celebrate the Scratcher and movie release, players will receive double entries for Ghostbusters Scratchers in the Points and Rewards promotion at nmlottery.com this summer. Additional radio and web-based promotions offering chances to win Ghostbusters movie tickets are slated for early July.
Also on sale now are four additional new games:
- “50,000 Payout” features three bonus spots and chances to win up to 23 times;
- “Crossword Connect” has $50,000 top prizes and two crossword puzzles with a connecting bonus word;
- “Bingo Multiplier” features a bonus multiplier, four bingo boards and $25,000 top prizes; and
- “Double Doubler” displays a rainbow-dotted disco scene with $4,000 top prizes.
