June 29, 2012
A player of an Ohio Lottery game crowned himself royally, winning a top prize. Robert A. Berdys of Cleveland won $100,000 after scratching the instant game Kings, Queens & Jacks.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Berdys receives $69,000.
