The $10,000 winning PowerBall ticket from the July 28 drawing was claimed today by Marie Hilsinger, of Stoughton, Massachusetts.
Marie said she didn't realize she won until yesterday and then couldn't sleep at all last night. She plans to give the winnings to her daughter to help her with bills.
The winning quick pick ticket was purchased from Twin River in Lincoln.
The ticket matched four numbers and the PowerBall number, for a $10,000 prize. The winner did not purchase the Power Play feature for an additional dollar on the wager. If she had, the $10,000 prize would have been increased to $40,000.
