WINTHROP MAN WINS $50,000 IN THE $10 MILLION RAFFLE

Gary Griffin of Winthrop has fifty-thousand new reasons to celebrate the New Year after he today claimed the prize he won in the Lottery’s $10 Million Raffle.
Griffin collected his one-time lump sum payment of $50,000 (minus taxes) at the Lottery’s Braintree Headquarters. The restaurant owner does not yet have any plans for the winnings.
He purchased his winning $10 Million Raffle ticket – number 0430707 – at Quick Food located at 490 Shirley Street in Winthrop.
