WHOS READY TO PLAY PROMOTION BEGINS

To promote the Lottery’s reopening after the recent state government shutdown, players will have the chance to win a $50,000 cash prize in the “Who’s Ready to Play?” promotion. The promotion will run from Aug. 2-15, 2011.
Just enter a SINGLE lotto ticket (Powerball, Mega Millions, Hot Lotto, Gopher 5, Northstar Cash, or Daily 3) of $5 or more, purchased between Aug. 2-15, 2011, or at least $5 worth of ELIGIBLE non-winning scratch tickets for games that are available for sale between Aug. 2-15, 2011. Go to luckymn.com and enter the voucher number that appears near the top of the lotto ticket or enter the 10-digit validation number(s) that appears under the latex of the non-winning scratch tickets. All entries must be made by 12 noon CDT on Aug. 16, 2011.
You may enter as many times as you like but each entry may only be a SINGLE $5 or larger lotto ticket or $5 or more in ELIGIBLE non-winning scratch tickets.
One lucky player will win the top prize of $50,000 in cash and 100 others will each win $100 worth of Lottery scratch tickets. The drawing to select the winners will be held on or about Aug. 18.
