WEIRD NUMBERS HELP EDEN MAN WIN $54,000

An Eden man is happy he selected the Quik Pik option in Thursday’s Fantasy 5 drawing. Timothy Weik, 49, says he couldn’t have chosen the computer-generated combination that helped him win $54,701.
“I would have never picked those because those are weird numbers,” he said.
Winning numbers for the drawing were: 1-34-36-37-38.
Weik was having his morning coffee when he checked the draw results on the Georgia Lottery’s website.
“I had a loss of breath,” he said with a laugh.
According to Weik, he will use his winnings for “a little security and maybe a boat.”
Sweet T’s #0058, located at 1352 Highway 80 in Eden, sold the winning ticket.
