VIRGINIA LOTTERY AND WAWA TEAM UP FOR WINNING COMBINATION

The Virginia Lottery and Wawa stores have teamed up to offer Virginia Lottery tickets through self-serve terminals to customers at all 60 Wawa locations in the Commonwealth. Virginia is the second state in which Wawa customers can play lottery games.
The Virginia Lottery and Wawa first teamed up in March 2011 when Lottery Express vending machines were installed in five Richmond-area Wawa stores. After the success of that pilot project, the vending machines were installed in the remaining 55 Virginia Wawa locations by December 15.
