VERO BEACH MAN BECOMES TWO-TIME BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER PRIZE WINNER

The Florida Lottery announced today that Jose Esparza, 32, of Vero Beach, claimed a $1 million prize in the BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters. This marks the 40th winner to claim a $1 million prize in the popular Scratch-Off game; 80 $1 million prizes remain.
Esparza chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for his winnings in the amount of $650,000.00. The winning ticket was purchased at BP Ramona Boulevard, located at 6511 Ramona Boulevard in Jacksonville. Esparza previously won a BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER Scratch-Off prize of $10,000 in December 2010.
