SAN FRANCISCO RETAILER SELLS LATEST $1 MILLION TOP PRIZE-WINNING SCRATCHERS TICKET

This holiday season, the winning continues for lucky California Lottery players – especially those who play the Lottery’s first-ever $10 Scratchers game “$250 Million Cash Spectacular.” Just this morning another millionaire was made, as M. Slater walked into the Lottery’s San Francisco District Office with a $1 million top prize-winning $250 Million Cash Spectacular ticket in her hand.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Star Convenience, which is located at 1 Post Street in San Francisco. The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top prize-winning ticket.
