REDLANDS TICKET IS INSTANT $1 MILLION WINNER

California has a new millionaire and his name is Tong L.! Tong is the 11th instant $1 million winner since the California Lottery’s $250 Million Cash Spectacular Scratchers ticket launched. He claimed his winning ticket today at the Lottery’s Inland Empire District Office. When asked how he would use his winnings, Tong said he would put it toward his retirement and give some to his children.
The lucky ticket was purchased at the Kmart located at 1625 West Redlands Boulevard in Redlands (San Bernardino County). The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the top prize-winning ticket.
