PENNSYLVANIA MAN CLAIMS $59,900,000 POWERBALL JACKPOT

Steven Lloyd of Harding, Pennsylvania has claimed his $59.9 million jackpot from the November 19, 2011 Powerball drawing. The 51-year-old Lloyd purchased his winning ticket at a convenience store in Exeter. He chose to take the single lump sum cash payout which gave him $37.6 million before taxes. Lloyd says he's working with financial advisors to determine how to make the best use of his winnings.
