PALM COAST MAN WINS IN BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER GAME

The Florida Lottery announced today that David Bailey, 63, of Palm Coast, claimed a $1 million prize in the BILLION DOLLAR BLOCKBUSTER Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters. This marks the 41st winner to claim a $1 million prize in this popular Scratch-Off game; 79 $1 million prizes remain.
Bailey chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for his winnings in the amount of $650,000.00. The winning ticket was purchased at Kangaroo Express, located at 890 S.W. Palm Coast Parkway in Palm Coast.
Bailey, who has enjoyed playing Florida Lottery Scratch-Off games for years, has previously won $1,000 and more, but has never won an amount this large. He says with Christmas and his birthday coming this month, he couldn't ask for a nicer gift!
