NEWBERRY MAN TO SURPRISE WIFE BY PAYING OFF MORTGAGE

A Newberry man hasn’t decided if he’s going to tell his wife he won the Lottery before or after he walks into the bank to pay off their house.
“There’s no telling what she will do when she finds out,” he said. “No telling.”
No doubt she will be surprised her husband kept a $200,000 secret.
He scratched the Winner Green ticket on his lunch break early last week.
“You’re not going to believe where I kept the ticket,” he bragged.
He hid it in the one place where he knew she wouldn’t look—his tool box.
As of this release, four top prizes of $200,000 remain in the $10 Winner Green game.
The odds of winning $200,000 are 1 in 428,571.43.
Li’l Cricket #841 in Newberry received a commission of $2,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
