		NEBRASKA LOTTERY LIMITED SECOND-CHANCE PROMOTION October 19, 2011 You can win up to $300 worth of Nebraska Lottery Limited Scratch tickets in the Nebraska Lottery Second-Chance Promotion. Between October 17, 2011, and January 31, 2012, MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for entering the ticket serial number from one non-winning $20 Nebraska Lottery Limited Scratch ticket. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on January 31, 2012. On February 1, 2012, one (1) Grand Prize winner selected from each drawing will receive $300 worth of $20 Nebraska Lottery Limited Scratch tickets.
