NATHALIE MAN SCRATCHES TO WIN $100,000 IN 10X THE MONEY

That’s how Ken Short describes the moment he realized he had won $100,000 with his 10x the Money ticket from the Virginia Lottery.
He bought the winning ticket at the Roberts Quick Stop, 10225 Stage Coach Road in Gretna.
Mr. Short, who works as an electrical welder, said he hopes to buy some land with his winnings.
