MOODY-ST CLAIR APPOINTED IDAHO LOTTERY MARKETING DIRECTOR

The Idaho Lottery announced today Sherie Moody-St. Clair has been appointed to the executive team as the Deputy Director for Marketing.
“I am pleased to appoint Sherie Moody-St. Clair, with her extensive lottery experience and knowledge of Idaho’s advertising community, to the management team of the Idaho Lottery,” said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. “In her many years of service to the people of Idaho, she has guided the creation of innovative, memorable, and results-driven advertising and marketing campaigns.”
A native Idahoan, Ms. Moody-St. Clair joined the Idaho Lottery in June 1995 as a Graphics Coordinator after graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising Design from Boise State University. In 1997 she was promoted to the position of Idaho Lottery Advertising Manager and then promoted as the Lottery’s Creative Services Director in 2008. During her sixteen year tenure at the Idaho Lottery, she has overseen the creation, coordination and implementation of the Lottery’s multi-media advertising and marketing campaigns, including the development of the Lottery’s most recognizable icon, BALL, for use in the “Powerball is Huge”, “Always Big”, and “Luck Happens” campaigns.
“I have been fortunate throughout my career to work with some of the most talented and dedicated State employees as well as lottery industry professionals across the country,” said Moody-St. Clair. “This appointment is a tremendous honor and professional opportunity for me to continue my career while benefitting the communities of Idaho.”
Ms. Moody-St. Clair’s goal is to make the Idaho Lottery marketing department an industry leader, through the innovative use of new technology and strategic marketing campaigns, while continuing to work toward responsibly growing the Idaho Lottery’s annual dividend.
Moody-St. Clair joins a highly experienced Idaho Lottery executive team that includes Director Anderson, Chief Operating Officer - Becky Schroeder (20 years with the Lottery), Deputy Director of Sales - Mike Helppie, (22 year with the Lottery), and Deputy Director of Security - Amber French (14 years with the Lottery).
