It just so happens that since no one matched all six numbers in Friday night’s MEGA Millions draw, tonight’s jackpot will be worth…$116 million!
The estimated cash option for tonight’s draw is $85.4 million. The retailer that sells the jackpot-winning ticket will receive a bonus of $580,000. For reference, the largest MEGA Millions jackpot ever won was $390 million in March 2007, with a cash option of $233 million.
And while no one matched six numbers on Friday night, two lucky California tickets – sold in Los Altos and Azusa – matched five of six numbers to each win a prize of $202,991.
