JACKSONVILLE MAN TURNS $10 INTO $1 MILLION!

The Florida Lottery announced today that James Marvin, 61, of Jacksonville, claimed a $1 million prize in the $200 MILLION SPECTACULAR Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee.
Marvin chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for his winnings, in the amount of $793,880.50. He purchased his winning ticket at Mayflower Food Mart, located at 1164 Edgewood Avenue South in Jacksonville. This is the second Jacksonville resident this year to win a Florida Lottery Scratch-Off prize of $1 million or more.
