HOW FAR WOULD YOU TRAVEL FOR $200,000
November 16, 2011
A Seneca resident put off a trip to Columbia for a week.
“It’s a long way to drive,” he admitted.
Traveling 130 miles isn’t so bad when you have $200,000 waiting for you at the end.
“Really, I’d be pleased with $100,” he told lottery officials while waiting for his check.
He accepted the prize owed.
“This will keep me from being broke,” he grinned.
The Seneca man claimed the last top prize in the $10 $200,000 Cash Inferno game. The game is no longer available for sale, but player have until Tuesday, February 28, 2012, to redeem any winnings.
The odds of winning $200,000 are 1 in 504,000.
The Spinx Company #152 in West Union received a commission of $2,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
