GORDON COUNTY MAN STARTS NEW YEAR WITH $1M LOTTERY WIN

A Gordon County man is starting off the New Year with a bang. Jimmy L. Wright, 59, won $1 million playing the Georgia Lottery instant game 50X The Money.
Wright, a resident of Ranger, claimed his prize Friday at Georgia Lottery headquarters in Atlanta.
The lucky ticket was purchased at Get-N-Go, 2471 Highway 411 N.E., White.
