ENGLEWOOD WOMAN CLAIMS $1,400,000 MEGA MONEY JACKPOT

The Florida Lottery announced that Jennie Trozzo, of Englewood, claimed the November 1 MEGA MONEY jackpot of $1.4 million at Florida Lottery headquarters. Trozzo chose the one-time, lump-sum payment option for her winnings, in the amount of $1,122,697.80.
Trozzo purchased her winning MEGA MONEY Quick Pick ticket at Sweetbay, located at 1951 S. McCall Road in Englewood. The retailer received a bonus commission of $1,000. Total ticket sales for this top prize generated more than $1.6 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund.
