ENERGY DRINK STOP POPS WITH $100K LOTTERY WIN IN RINCON

One Rincon man can party like a rock star for New Year’s with a win from the Georgia Lottery. David Laudermilk, 29, played the instant game Golden Ticket and won a $100,000 top prize.
Laudermilk said he stopped at BP, 101 S. Columbia Ave. in Rincon, for an energy drink and decided to buy a ticket.
“It was on Christmas Day, and I got lucky,” he said.
Scratching the ticket while in his truck, Laudermilk was in a daze.
“I was pretty excited,” he shared. “I couldn’t say anything. I just pointed at the ticket.”
A pizza delivery driver, the lucky lottery winner intends to pay off bills.
