ENDING THE YEAR ON TOP

A Cuyahoga County resident will end the year on top. Sandra L Hill of Cleveland won $100,000 a year for the next 20 years, a $2 million top prize after she scratched the instant, $300 Million Extravaganza.
Hill chose the cash option. After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, she receives a check for $690,000.
Hill purchased the winning ticket from Denley Market, 4059 Valley Road in Cleveland. Denley Market receives a $10,000 agent bonus for selling a top prize winning ticket.
