DECATUR CLOTHING COMPANY MANAGER TAILORS $20,000 WIN

A clothing company manager has been draped with a lottery win. Joel Rogers, 42, won $20,000 after taxes in the Georgia Lottery’s weekly $3,000,000 Taxes Paid extra chance drawing.
Rogers’ sister called him with the news that his name was announced during a televised drawing.
“I didn’t know if she’d actually heard it or was pulling my leg,” he said.
He finally believed her after seeing his name on the Georgia Lottery’s website.
“I was pretty excited,” he said.
A Decatur resident, Rogers is the operations manager for an international apparel company. He’s still deciding how to use his winnings.
“I don’t really have definite plans yet,” he said.
