CRISP COUNTY MOTHER OF 4 WINS $196K

One Crisp County woman is heading back to school with a considerable Georgia Lottery prize. Rocquella Singleton of Cordele matched all five winning numbers in the Oct. 17 Fantasy 5 drawing, winning $196,185.
With her winnings, Singleton, 36, plans to enroll at Georgia Southwestern State University to study early childhood development.
In addition to enrolling in school, Singleton plans to donate to a charity and continue caring for her four boys, ages 16, 15, 10 and 8.
Winning numbers from the Oct. 17 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 8-17-19-25-34. Quick Mart #0017, 501 W. 16th Ave. in Cordele sold the winning ticket.
Singleton used a combination of her own winning numbers that she plays periodically.
“I was listening to the (Georgia Lottery’s) hot line for the numbers,” she said. “When I heard my numbers, I was jumping up and down.”
