BURLINGTON AND SUSSEX COUNTY WINNERS SPLIT $309,790 JERSEY CASH 5 JACKPOT

The two owners of Jersey Cash 5 jackpot tickets that were sold in Burlington and Sussex Counties have split the top prize of $309,790 for the Jersey Cash 5 drawing held on Friday, December 23. Each winning ticket is worth $154,895.
Executive Director Carole Hedinger said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Friday's drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 08, 10, 15, 19 and 29.
The Burlington County ticket was purchased at the Shoprite of Medford , located at 208 Route 70 East in Medford . The Sussex County ticket was sold at A & P #684, located at Route 23 North in Sussex .
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at the Shoprite of Medford and A & P #684, ” said Executive Director Hedinger. “For selling these tickets, each of these businesses will receive a bonus check for $750. Overnight, these retailers have become two more ‘lucky locations' for some very fortunate winners.”
Hedinger also noted that 5,883 other players won $123,069 in cash prizes in the Friday drawing. For correctly picking four numbers, 186 players won cash prizes of $386.00 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 5 ,697 players won $9.00 each.
