		BLOOMFIELD WOMAN WINS $15,000 LOTTERY PRIZE December 28, 2011 A Bloomfield woman won a top prize of $15,000 playing the lottery's "Betty Boop" instant-scratch game. Sandra Pottorff claimed her prize Tuesday at the Iowa Lottery's headquarters in Des Moines. She purchased her winning ticket at Casey's, 109 E. Walnut St. in Bloomfield.
