A lucky resident of Hamilton beat the one in three million odds on an Ohio Lottery instant game. Everett B. Trovillo won the $100,000 top prize after scratching Wheel of Fortune.
After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld, Trovillo receives a check for $69,000.
He purchased the ticket from Kwik N Kold, 4281 Hamilton Middletown Road in Hamilton. Kwik N Kold receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a top prize wining instant game. Three months ago Kwik N Kold sold a $100,000 Diamond Dazzler instant ticket
