ATHENS ON THE WINNERS MAP

Four winners of Ohio Lottery games put the Athens region on the map of Ohio Lottery winners after claiming prizes on instants. Roger L. Dyer III of Glouster won $1500 on Strike It Rich. Judith A. Courtney of Athens won $10,000 on Orange Twist. Thomas S. McCullough of Gallipolis won $20,000 on Lucky Stars. Richard D. McBee of Frankfort won $20,000 on Holiday Doubler.

After mandatory federal and state taxes totaling 31 percent are withheld Dyer receives $1,035. Courtney receives $6,900. McCullough and McBee will both receive $13,800.
