The winner of a second-tier $250,000 Mega Millions prize has claimed in Trust. The holder of the winning ticket matched all five numbers and no mega ball on November 1, 2011.
Elizabeth A. Burick is Trustee of The Sky Blue Trust. The Trust will receive a lump sum of $172,500 after mandatory Federal and State tax withholdings totaling 31 percent.
The ticket holder used auto pick when purchasing the ticket from Middlebranch Convenience in Canton. The winning numbers were 27-31-39-40-46. The mega ball number was 36. Middlebranch Convenience located at 3101 Middlebranch Avenue NE in Canton receives a $1,000 bonus for selling a second-tier prize winning ticket.
