$750K WIN ORNAMENTS MCINTOSH COUNTY MANS HOLIDAYS

The Yuletide is merry and bright for one McIntosh County man. Michael Hobby of Townsend won a $750,000 top prize on the holiday-themed Georgia Lottery instant game Jingle Jumbo Bucks.
“It hasn’t even set in yet,” exclaimed Hobby, 58. “I scratched it in the store, and I was pretty excited.”
Snappy Food #0005, 1100 Ga. Highway 57 in Townsend, sold the lucky ticket.
Hobby and his wife, Sue, have two children, ages 8 and 10.
In addition to celebrating the merry season, the couple plan to pay off their home mortgage.
