$250,000 WINNER FROM WOODBRIDGE!

Patricia Williams of Woodbridge doesn’t go to the store to play Mega Millions. She has a Virginia Lottery subscription. On July 13, her subscription ticket matched the first five winning Mega Millions numbers to win the game’s $250,000 second prize.
“I don’t believe it!” Ms. Williams exclaimed when Virginia Lottery officials called her with the good news.
By being a subscriber, she purchased the ticket directly from the Virginia Lottery for multiple drawings. Subscriptions are offered by the Virginia Lottery for Mega Millions and Win for Life.
The winning numbers in the July 13 Mega Millions drawing were 6-7-13-24-46 and the Mega Ball was 34. Ms. Williams chose the numbers on her subscription ticket using family birthdays.
Her ticket was the only one in Virginia to win $250,000 in that drawing, and one of just seven nationwide.
