$250,000 MEGA MILLIONS TICKET SOLD AT OBAMA GAS STATION IN COLUMBIA
July 18, 2012
A Columbia retailer where a winning Powerball ticket worth $2 million was sold in April has now sold a Mega Millions ticket worth $250,000 for Tuesday night’s drawing. Alhanik LLC, known around town as the “Obama Gas Station,” at 5831 N. Main St. in Columbia is quickly becoming a lucky lottery destination.

The ticket sold in Columbia matched all five white ball numbers drawn. Had the ticket holder purchased Megaplier for an extra $1, the $250,000 prize would have been $1 million.

Mega Millions – Tuesday, July 17
