$200,000 HIGH STAKES CASINO REWARDS NORWALK WOMAN WITH $25,000 PRIZE

When Debra Felter of Norwalk visited her hometown Rite Aid to fill a prescription, she also picked up a CT Lottery “$200,000 High Stakes Casino” instant ticket, and in one fell swoop, she won $25,000—enough to pay off all her bills, with room to spare. “I’m still in awe,” Felter told Lottery officials with a brilliant smile.
There are five games on each $200,000 High Stakes Casino instant ticket with up to 24 chances to win. “In the first game, I had a matching pair of 23’s for a $15,000 win…and I was stunned! When I scratched the fifth game and found a matching pair of 3’s with an additional $10,000 prize, I couldn’t believe it!”
Felter arrived at CT Lottery headquarters in Rocky Hill today where she accepted a prize check for $17,081 (value after taxes). “This feels incredible. I’m going right to the bank!” Felter said.
For selling Felter her $25,000 prize winning ticket, the second highest prize in the $200,000 High Stakes Casino game, Rite Aid, located at 120 New Canaan Avenue in Norwalk will receive a $250 bonus from the CT Lottery.
