$15,000 INSTANT TICKET WIN

A man from North Providence claimed a $15,000 winning Instant Ticket today. He purchased the ticket at the Hess Express at 1394 Mineral Spring Ave., North Providence, and scratched it while in the car with friends. They decided to come straight to the Lottery to cash it in. The winner was still in awe over the win, never expecting to get that sort of cash windfall. He hasn't figured out how he would like to spend the money, but plans to share some of it with his friends.
