Mr. Henderson, who purchased his ticket at the Discount Tobacco Outlet in Manchester, is the Lottery’s 90th winner of a prize of $1 million or more! Plans for the prize include contributions to their grandchildren's college funds and a new car. Congratulations to the Hendersons!
